Limiting index

Hi,

I want to create a search on a single directory -
http://www.anglia.ac.uk/pro2000 - so I am creating a separate database
to do so. However when I go to index the directory the indexer picks up
on links to the rest of the site and starts indexing outside of the
directory making the whole exercise pointless. Is there a way of
limiting the index to files within the directory?
I would use the other (sql) option, but I can't work out how to alter
the script.
Thanks

Tim
