Hello. I currently have a Windows version of Webinator and I need to install the Unix version. Should I uninstall the Windows version first? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!

Since those 2 platforms are completely incompatible and would be running on different machines it doesn't matter what you do, they will not affect each other.

Well, the thing is, I had the Windows version running on a Windows server but the whole thing was moved to the Unix server, the files were FTP'd, so now the Unix server has the Windows version. Should I remove it before I install the Unix version? Thanks!

Yes, remove all traces of the windows version from the unix server. Windows software will not run on unix or vice-versa (without strange and slow perversions).
