Upgrade from 4.0 to 4.3, PDF Plugin

Hi there

We've purchased the PDF plugin for our existing Webinator installation (Commercial 4.0, Win2k). We've recieved a new license key, which I applied by putting it in a license.upd file and running texis -update. This worked fine.

However, I'm not seeing any change. The PDF plugin doesn't seem to work. In fact, all walks hang as soon as they encounter the first PDF file.

So I decided that I should probably upgrade to the current version 4.3 which we've recieved a CD for. I can't find any documentation on how I should go about upgrading, though. Can I simply install the new version over the current one? What can I do to preserve my existing profiles and databases?

Yes, just install over the old one.
If you're on windows the profiles will get deleted. You would have to recreate them after update.
If you're on unix the profiles will be preserved.
