Search Appliance Errors

The Search Appliance is generating the following errors when I do a rewalk on schedule:
[Sun Dec 07 04:18:39 2003] (24882) 000 Texis Monitor process failed
[Sun Dec 21 04:33:06 2003] (942) 000 Texis Monitor process failed
[Tue Dec 23 04:18:41 2003] (942) 000 Texis Monitor process failed

The last one (dated 12/23) was a user initiated refresh. These errors are bringing down the search appliance and it has to be rebooted. Any explanations as to what is happening and what we can do to fix it?

Can you send a message to support@thunderstone.com with the output of monitor.log and vortex.log from the Maintenance tab?
