HTML syntax for Thunderstone Stamp

Hello,
Is there a way to change the code Webinator 2.x displays at the bottom of the search results page? (the thunderstone copyright info) I am trying to convert some older sites to XHTML and it will not validate with capital tags and unquoted attributes.
Below is the code in question. I will keep teh same exact content, I just want to standardize if possible.
