Access to Internet

Webinator allways wants to connect to the internet, but we do not allow the access.
In der webinator.log file if found: "Can't send data to ls.thunderstone.com:80 in the function htbuf_flushnblk".
Is this the connect to the license server? We have a license, so it is not neccessary to connect to it!
Can i tell webinator to stop this?

By default Webinator will try to connect to the license server periodically. If you have a paid version and wish that disabled please contact sales.
