The Query Log on the search appliance is cleared after every walk (new or refresh). At least for my purposes, this makes it pretty useless: I do a rewalk once-a-day, so I can only get query stats for a single day. This doesn't help much with identifying top queries, places where we need to add a best bet, etc. Is there any way to access previous logs, or somehow build longer trends on queries?

The next update to the Search Appliance software will not clear the query log on refresh crawls, which will be the suggested type of crawl.
