Moving Webinator to another IP Address

We are moving the Webinator from one Linux PC to another with a different IP address. The new IP address is
192.206.109.77 who's host name is http://www.state.la.us We would like to keep the current IP address
working also, as this will be backup Webinator so we can do developement. Could you please handle. Thanks.

You can just go to the registration page and register your new address like
you did your original. The original will continue to work.
There's no need to do the download when changing IP though.
