Upgrade Error

Try starting clean and reinstalling.
From a DOS prompt run
INSTALLDIR\monitor -U
INSTALLDIR\monitor -k
Run the webinator uninstall from the start menu.
Check the process list in task manager and kill off any texis or monitor processes (or reboot if you can't kill them).
Delete any webinator installation directories if the uninstall didn't.
Login as administrator to install.
