The help page explains that it only removes from the start and end of the page. The part that is giving us trouble is our left nav which is in the middle of the <body>

What can we do...

Search result: many results have this text as the "Hit" (powerflex) when in reality this is the navigation..

The Include or Exclude tags might be useful, for example you have BODY COPY AREA comments at that URL, that given as Include tags would only index the content between them.

You only have the <!-- END BODY COPY AREA ====================================== --> comment in that page, and not the <!-- START OF BODY COPY AREA ==================================== --> you had in the other pages. Not sure why the START is missing, but that might be worth looking at. You also have a two <head>s and two <body>s in that page.
