How is exactphrase different from keepnoise?

And, does it require post-processing if the index is remade with the noise words?
How is exactphrase different from keepnoise?

If the index contains the noise words then post-processing would not be needed. Exactphrase refers only to noise words occurring within a phrase, such as "State of the art". Keepnoise will apply to noise words that occur as single terms in the query.
