Can I get some help in writing a script that pauses a walk and makes it live either (1) at a fixed time I specify OR (2) after running for specified number of hours (I guess the first one should be easier as I can schedule the script to run from 'scheduled tasks' may be?)

I really need to employ either (1) or (2), so any help is appreciated.
