Hi,

We had the same problem with win2003 described in:

And we solved it adding the web service extension as nospamjac has commented.
But now, when we try to access to the admin console, we have a 403 error:

You are not authorized to view this page
HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

Do you know what is happening?
