Deleted profile name not being deleted.

I am brand new at working with this appliance. I tried to do a Walk on a profile named "ECN" and had to stop it. I proceeded to delete the profile, and am now wanting to re-create the profile. When I try this it says that the name is already in use. What do I need to do to completely delete this profile name. Oh, and yes we have a default profile. Please help me.

If you go to the url:

/texis/dowalk/deletedb.html?profile=ECN

on the appliance you should be able to delete it completely.

OK...seems how I dont want to completely lose everything I am at the screen that says:

Now, my question is WHAT HAPPENED. I dont know what this means but for now I am going to just create the ECN profile with a different name.

The previous delete was not complete for some reason, perhaps because you hit stop in your browser or jumped to another page before it finished. So some cruft was left behind prevent reuse. The url john mentioned should do the delete again, but since some of the data is gone already there were errors deleting but the remaining cruft should be deleted so you can recreate the profile.

One point though, the proper url would be
/texis/dowalk/deletedb.html?profile=ECN&sure=Yes
It will not ask for confirmation so make sure you enter the proper profile name.
