Need a little more info on the problem: what exactly are you searching for, and what are you / aren't you getting returned? Are you searching for "foo-bar" and not getting it returned when you expect it to? Are you searching for "foo" and not seeing "foo-bar" like you expect?
Have you made any changes to the default walk settings? Specifically to the "Word Definition" section?
plate-dinner
plate-salad
The query has to match directly. No changes to the word definition. Looking to have dinner plate or salad plate return the appropriate results.
edited: Interesting, we look at it some more and not sure what to make of the results. On a single page we have:
plate-dinner
plate-salad
bowl-fruit/dessert
Searching for desert bowl returns results while dinner plate does not.
It turns out the thesaurus knows "dinner plate" and "salad plate" as phrases, so it doesn't look for the reversed forms. We're about to release script updates (later today). The update contains a new search setting checkbox to disable known phrase binding (among other things).
There are now new dowalk and search scripts available at http://www.thunderstone.com/texis/site/ ... ripts.html that allow phrase recognition to be turned off. Be sure to download and install both scripts. See the Synonyms setting under Search Settings.
On the appliance admin go to Maintenance->Check for updates . That will show you if there's a newer version than you have installed and give you the option to download and install the update.
I'm told the update will be available sometime today. Someone will post here when it is.
