We got some information from Adobe that may help. We need to test it out
on the problem document(s) and make sure it doesn't cause problems with
other documents.

It will be ready by the end of the week.

Arrgh... Not to make excuses, but Adobe's api just won't return the words
in the right order. We're going to try a totally different approach now.
