Yes, but the trick is sometimes we DO have index.html files in most dirs, thus cutting off the auto indexing of directories, and eliminating the search. We have a separate domain serving up JUST File:// links of indeces, but the index.html pages THEMSELVES are not being slurped for words, and thus making for bad results.

Removing index.html from the "Index Name" list will help there. It's skipping the index.html currently assuming it is the same as the directory.
