adobe & javascript plugin install

Post by aadams »

just received my webinator enterprise edition cd and
installed webinator 5x, seems to be running fine but
there are some issues as follows:

1. When I am using web admin interface, I see that it
reports the version being used is the free version?

2. Can't seem to locate any install files for either
the Adobe or Javascript plugins, we purchased both.
There was a total of 18 files on the CD.

Last issue is my email address has changed, I can't
seem to modify it on this message board. I'll check
back later regarding your reply.

Thanks for your help in advance..

1. The license isn't installed. The install program on the CD should have installed it. Find license.upd on the CD. Copy it to the webinator installation directory. From that directory run
texis -update (for windows)
or
bin/texis -update (for unix)

2. Those are awaiting the license to enable them.

3. You need to logout and create a new account with your new email address.
