Integration with Java

Hi All.
I am new to Thunder Appliance. My company has recently bought Thunderstone to provide search capability to our public website.

Our site is running on java application and for one of our functionality we want to retrieve search results using thunderstone and use them in other applications. Just want to know, Is there any way we can call some APIs or URLs from our program?

Thanks Mark. Does this mean that using java we need to connect to that URL an it will give back XML output.
