Hello,

We are using Webinator 5.1.15. Today we started sporatically showing this message:
This site has been in violation of its license since 2005-08-09 20:07:19 (Max Texis Version)

The following is repeated in the motior.log:
200 2005-08-09 19:04:01 (29079) License Violation (Max Texis Version)
200 2005-08-09 19:04:01 (29079) Contacting license server
006 2005-08-09 19:04:26 (29079) Timeout sending data to ls.thunderstone.com:80 in the function htbuf_flushnblk
000 2005-08-09 19:04:26 (29079) Could not contact license server
200 2005-08-09 19:04:26 (29079) Successful reply from license server
....
200 2005-08-09 19:39:18 (29079) License Violation (Max Texis Version)

I'm sure our license is up to date, what is the best way to get this resolved?

Thanks for any help.

The first thing to try is to copy the original license.upd to the install directory and run texis -update. It may already be there called license.did, in which case rename to license.upd and run texis -update.

If that doesn't if you can send the output of texis -license to Tech Support via the Tech Support form.
