Single page fetch

Help!

Using the All Walks interface I'm trying to add a single page which I understand can be done through the Single Page option.
The url which I'm trying to add doesn't have any special characters in it or any references to robots.
I even tried putting " and ' around the address which still didn't fix it.

Any clues?

Enter the URL into the "Single Page" field without quotes. Click "Update". At the top of the page you should get a gray box indicating it's starting a walk for singles. The walk status should indicate the same.

What I meant is that I'd tried everything already, no quotes, quotes and doubles quotes - none of which seemed to work.

I always tried a refresh walk after each change which didn't seem to work. I now have done a complete new walk which has fixed it.
