If profile that is configured to replicate it's data to another profile performs a refresh walk, which indexes will be replicated to the receiver profile?
- all indexes
- only new and updated indexes
- anything else?

Replication copies whatever pages get stored to the remote profile. So during a refresh only changed and new pages will be sent to the other profile.
