License limit hit with appliance

Post by michel.weber »

Hi

We recently hit the licence limit of 250000 docs.

What is the supposed behaviour when this happens? I supposed that no more pages would be indexed, but it appears that even rewalks do not work anymore (rewalk time is 7 secs for 250000 docs).

It should continue to function normally, just stop before indexing before exceeding the limit. What does the walk status say about the recent walk?

Ah, I see. It's trying to resume the walk where it was halted due to license limit, rather than refreshing what you already have. We're looking into a fix for that...

You shouldn't have to do anything to the profile.
You used "check for updates" to install the latest scripts? Make sure you have scripts version 6.0.29.
Are you getting the same behavior when you start a refresh or something new?

I checked, i have the latest scripts : 6.0.29-1.
It's when i start a 'refresh' walk.
When i do a 'new' walk it starts from scratch.
