Appliance Update: Important Results Authorization fix

A new Search Appliance update is now available, texis-5.01.1157053649, that contains important fixes for Results Authorization. Under certain circumstances, a Results Authorization enabled file:/ / search can return unauthorized URLs.
The update can be obtained via the Maintenance/Check for Updates menu.
