I'm trying to implement a best bet with the keywords "job evaluation".
So, when people type in the full text it should direct them to this BB. If they type in just the word job it shouldn't.
I have tried quotes, double quotes and lots of other delimiters but none seem to work.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Any query that matches the best bet keywords/text will trigger the best bet. There's no way to force only exact matching. Basically the user's query is applied to the best bet keywords the same as it is applied to the page text.

Mark, I am having different results. I use the appliance.
I have two best bets, User manual and manual.
They both show if they type manual
Only one shows if they type User Manual
if they add any other words NO best bet comes up. for instance. manual widget or user manual widget
I have require all words set to NO.

The query usage is similar but not identical. The best bet query is a non-ranked query so all words are required regardless of your ranker settings. Doing a ranked query for best bets would probably tend to return no-so-best bets when there was no excellent match.

Is there any way in using Best Bets that if a user types in extra words in addition to a key word that the best bet will still come up?
