Re-install Webinator

After installing Webinator on a new replacement server I copied across all profile files (within texis folder) and the license files from the old server onto the new server.
This meant that I didn't have to re-create all profiles and their best bets.
The profiles and the search results are correct but when trying to re-index (walk) it just seems to hang and continues this for days.
How can I do a proper transfer of my old profiles without losing all information?
I use Webinator 5.1.18 on Windows 2000 server with Apache webserver.
Thanks!

If the search works I'm not sure why the walk wouldn't.
At what point does the walk hang?
As a test, does creating a new profile and walking work?
Try making all of the copied files and folders "full control" for "everyone" to see if it's a permission issue.

Thanks, a silly thing to have missed.
I think it might have been the permissions.
I managed to create a new profile based on the old one but permissions were certainly a bit odd on the original files/folders.

Hello, I'm trying to install webinator and keep getting the same error message.
" Error: reading header after processing "0" entries".
I tried to install another version of both winzip and webinator and still the same error message. I couldn't find similiar problem on message board.
Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks, Paul

At what point are you seeing those error messages?
Which version of Windows are you installing on?

Make sure the install package didn't get truncated or otherwise corrupted somewhere along the way.
Also make sure you're getting the linux version since that's where you're installing it. The windows version with "install.exe" won't work on linux.
