Appliance Update: Best Bets fixes

There is a new Appliance update available, texisScripts 6.2.8. This update contains several fixes: Use less memory when creating spell-checking dictionaries. Avoid double-encoding <BBResult> in Best Bets. Potential meta-search ordered-results fix. Provide proper <Url> in XML for query logging. Fix for Best Bets in Meta Search.
