Hello,

We just got our new site through real estate web site design(http://www.real-estate-designers.com) and now we have to choose between organic SEO and PPC. I have been recommended by a lot of people to do both at the same time to get the best results. Any suggestions on this arena from experienced realtors will be helpful.

Both at the same time makes sense. PPC lets you buy traffic quickly to validate that your website produces the results you want (leads, sales etc). SEO takes longer, and you need to determine how much you want to spend, and how much extra traffic you'll get, but shouldn't be much for an otherwise well-designed site.
