HI! I can’t create a new profile on the production PC (don’t have this issue on test PC). Every time when I try to create a new profile I get the message “Data space xxxxx could not be created: File exists”. I had this issue several years ago and I found some command you can run from the “Command Prompt” to create a new profile, but I don’t remember it now. Please help. Thank you.

What version of texis and scripts? What platform?
What's the dataspace directory you're trying to use?
Do all of the directories above it exist?
The dataspace directory should not exist before creating the profile.

What's different between test and production machines?

There's no direct way to create a profile from the command prompt.
