Commercial licence enquiry

Hi,
Would like to find out is the commercial licence tied to the machine's IP or server name when being installed.
The reason to find out is because we would like to do a so-called imaging on the directory where our webinator is being installed onto another directory when there is a failover.
Hence by doing that, will there be any licensing isuue?
