Can't Stop Walk

We had an issue with our drive bringing a filesystem walk down. When it came back up it started the walk again, but keeps crawling without finding anything new. I've tried to stop the walk, but I get this at the top of the page...

Running:

/usr/local/morph3/bin/texis -r profile=FR_M_Drive /usr/local/morph3/texis/scripts/dowalk/stop.txt

And it keeps going. I was trying to see if there was an update that I might find to fix, but we're up to date.

I've tried "Pause Walk and Live" as well but no luck. When I click the "Help" link, I get...

115 [appliance](searchman) 3845: Query '"Walk Status"' would require linear search

Thanks for any help.

Using stop should stop it after a few minutes if it's stuck. But it's possible the loss of the drive may have gotten it stuck hard. You may have to reboot the appliance.

Turn off any schedule you may have set for the walk until you know it's working ok.
