What can I do to get these links followed? I have these items checked:
Execute JavaScript? Y
Fetch JavaScript? Y
JavaScript String Links? Menu(Y) Protocol(Y) File(N)

I was able to get the link recognized in a test crawl with the same settings. There may be another setting or exclude preventing that link being followed. Does the link show up in List/Edit Urls as a child of the link you gave? If you have verbosity set to 4 it should indicate why it was not indexed.
