There is a new Appliance update available: texis 5.01.1218092715. This includes numerous fixes and enhancements, including: Improved matching of wildcard queries when asterisk is also present in search text at same location. Support single-word wildcards. Improved search performance of `ab*cd' (trailing-suffix) wildcards. Fixed ABEND that may occur during queries that start with `i' or `I'. Support NTLMv2, and enable by default. Return "Last-Changed" header (creation time if Windows share) for file:// URLs. Avoid error message `Keep-Alive received without Content-Length' from some servers. Relevance-rank queries that require a post-process (eg. noise or unindexable terms) may not have returned all valid hits. Abstract, when using a query with an even number of sets, might not have shown any query terms, due to centering between sets instead of on a set. Fixed issue that can cause "Could not read 8,192-byte page at offset 0x... of B-tree ....btr: got 0 bytes in the function btreadpage" error.
