Hello,

I am using the following version on an older Windows 2000 box:
Commercial Webinator Version 3.01.973012591 of Oct 31, 2000

When I run my indexing job, I get :
https://mywebsite:444/finance/index.jsp: Disallowed protocol

Does this version of Webinator index using https ? If so, how ?

My batch file contents :

set ServUrl=mywebsite:444

gw -jhttps://%ServUrl%/finance/ -jhttps://%ServUrl%/tcom.jsp?url=/finance/ -dd:\web\webinator\finance -mD:\Web\Automatisation\Webinator\Opthelpdesk.set https://%ServUrl%/finance/index.jsp -index

The Opthelpdesk.set contains :

fjsp
fwpd
napplication/pdf,pdf,pdftotx
n"application/msword,doc,pdftotx -fmsw"
unique
v
z10000000

TIA fpr any help.

Best regards,
Bert

Okay, found my answer here:
http://thunderstone.master.com/texis/ma ... 3c616b6e10

"Webinator cannot currently communicate in the HTTPS protocol."

Support for HTTPS started with version 4.2
