Can you email me the mkbutton file that is located in /graphing/mkbutton or please tell me where I can download it.

I'd love to be able to use this button generating script.

That's a custom binary compiled from C and uses the gd graphics library (http://www.boutell.com/gd/).

Does the mkbutton executable have to be in a publically accessible directory, or private directory.

It can be anywhere that the texis cgi can access. You have to supply the full path to the executable in <exec> if it's not in one of the directories in the PATH.
