Same File - Multiple Links

Hi:
How can I stop the same file from being displayed several times in my
Webinator searches. Right now,
http://www.nisbett.com/freemasonry
http://www.nisbett.com/freemasonry/
http://www.nisbett.com/freemasonry/default.htm
is an example how the same file may be displayed three times (one after the
other) during a search. What can be done to prevent this from happening??
