* Support Meta Search with Parametric Search profiles.
* Propagate errors from meta-search backends to frontend correctly.
* Fixed bringing up list of categories in XML/XSL output
* Do not say `best matches first' for results when ordering by custom Additional/Parametric field
* Set type fields containing ampersands and not marked Searchable might have caused XML errors during search
* Add fetch and network testing options to admin interface.
* Changed <XmlOutputVersion> to 1.03: new Parametric Search <GroupByResults> attributes CountIsEstimate, OrderBy, MaxResults
* Parametric Search profiles with no Parametric fields defined were accumulating more empty Group By boxes every time Search Settings updated
* Add <hr> and date stamp foot to every admin page. Fix box msg function to output <tr> and </tr>. Add standard footer to pro file tools page.
* Users trying to start walks without proper perms now see more accurate errors
