The webinator change log page does not seem to be updated anymore :

That page reflects the latest version of the standard webinator scripts available on the site.
If you have extended scripts they may be newer and not reflected in that changelog. Also if you have extended features they may not be represented in that changelog at all.

Not currently. You'd have to open a tech support ticket to get that info.
