Search gives "SETMMapi xxxx failed" Error message

When searching with many common words (front, back, in, out, come, go) we
get the following error message
Nothing to search for in query in the function get equiv
Setmmapi front failed

Any idea why these common terms are failing?

Those are all noise words. Noise words are ignored. If there's nothing
but noise in the query, it will fail.

What Mark left out of his answer was that you can change the
list of things considered to be Noise. See the documentation
for more details.
