Usage of Required REX

Hi
In one of our profiles I want to use Required REX. As I understood it, I can make sure it will only walking URL's matching my REX.
I've added this:
\/cug04_.*
The goal is, to get only URL's having for sure the part /cug04_ somwhere. What's wrong with it, it doesn't have any impact.
