Metamorph open failed

I got a weird problem.
I have 2 scripts wherein both are using an metamorph inverted index (which has been indexed keeping the noise terms).
For 1 script it works perfectly fine, but for the other it gives error saying
100 2010-07-27 09:23:27 /webinator/SCSearchProfile:944: Setmmapi Failed
100 2010-07-27 09:23:27 /webinator/SCSearchProfile:944: Metamorph open failed.
I am searching for consultant.
Any idea what can be the issue?
