Texis ISAPI

HELP I installed Webinator yesterday and after some time managed to get it to work OK, apart from an error message saying Max Texis.
Now however, Webinator isn't working at all. This is the error message:
Texis ISAPI has been installed. However, it has encountered an error and cannot continue. Please check the event log for details on the problem.

I wouldn't expect anything to work if it's complaining about Max Texis version. You probably didn't install the latest license.upd you were given with the distribution you installed.

What did you find in the event log?

I now received the latest license.upd file but unfortunately still getting the same message.
No worries really as I've managed to locate another server with an original installation of Webinator which is doing a good job.
