I'd like to exclude more then one file extension.
I don't see any mention of the seperator or format to use.

do you have an example?

I did check the ? -

Exclude Extensions
Syntax: list of extensions

A list of URL extensions that the crawler will reject. The default is empty, i.e. no extensions will be rejected.

here is all it says -- nothing about space as a seperator.

do I need *.jpg or just .jpg etc.

Sorry, I previously responded via phone without looking at docs. I guess the docs for that option are lacking details.

Separate with space, include the . but don't use *. E.g.:
.jpg .png .dwg
