Appliance update - texisScripts 9.1.10

Post by Kai »

A new appliance update is now available - texisScripts 9.1.10. It contains the follow features and fixes:

* Fixed restore backup settings improperly validating login credentials
* Added Trace Settings setting (debug use by Thunderstone tech support)
* Downloading errors (when offered in Show Errors) now does not HTML-escape errors, since download (not show) is a text file. Multiple errors now shown on separate lines.
* Fixed issue where unauthorized users could download errors from a crawl
* Tracing messages (if enabled) no longer cause page to be tossed as an error
* Data from Field subfetch, or redirect (301/302) when Max Redirects is -1, may have lost second and later error messages when logging
* Show multiple errors on separate lines in List/Edit URLs details page
* Default XSL stylesheet now contains examples of all result styles
* Fixed potential race condition causing walks to fail with Walk exiting abnormally: Walk pid 0 already starting
* URLs listed in Recent errors section of Status page now link to List/Edit URLs page (if present), rather than live site URL: former is usually more useful, and latter can still easily be cut-and-pasted
* Some error messages from settings at crawl start were being lost
* A bad date value (or other type conversion failure) during a Group By may have caused a Date 0 is invalid error to be repeated, a Stack overflow error, and the search to fail
* Documentation search was erroneously labelling all search pages as Parametric Appliance even when not
* The `Query Log in Excel Format' now includes 'BestBet' and 'BestBetGroup' for logged BestBet clicks
* Fixed Dataload SOAP API WSDL not including user fields that are not included search output
* Cluster Members and Admin Access IPs now check X-Forwarded-For HTTP header in addition to client IP
* Cluster Members and Admin Access IPs now support multiple syntaxes: glob (192.168.*), netmask (192.168.0.0:255.255.0.0), and prefixlen (192.168.0.0/16)
* Query logging now uses X-Forwarded-For as the search client

It may be applied via the System -> System Setup -> Update Software menu item.
