Appliance update: webmin and others (Gen3)

New packages for gen3 appliances are on the update server:
webmin-1.920 and thunderstonePatch-2.17-101
Highlights:

* Fix webmin CVE-2019-12840.
* Provide access to most system and application logs in webmin.
* Fix stripping of digits from OS Login Banner.
* Fix permission denied in test fetch on console.
