Trying to index decorated URLs

Any way to index Knowledge Base documents listed at
http://techsparc.icat.com/kbase/kbase/00000.htm ? Each is
retrieved with a CGI-looking URL, tho' with iCat's .icl
extensions rather than .cgi. I was hoping against hope
that -C would help anyway, but no go....

Use the -f option to get non-standard extensions:
-ficl
