Sorry, the -U and -P options were not documented in the online manual.
gw -H would tell you about them. They will let you set the userid and
password to supply when challenged by the web server.
The online manual has been updated to include three previously undocumented
options: -U, -P, and -I . It has also been broken into more sections
to make it easier to find what you're looking for.
