Appliance update: texis (gen4) and thunderstonePatch-2.24 (Gen3 & Gen4)

Updates are available for the appliance to clean up disk space.
For gen4 the texis update is a minor configuration update to ensure the vortex.log file is rotated with other logs. If it does not rotate the log partition may fill.
The thunderstonePatch update cleans up the /tmp directory that is used when processing various file types, and could leave orphaned temporary files around, filling the tmp partition.
