I currently have a 3400 records database, if I perform a search everything
goes fine, but if I try to walk a site and at the same time I try to make a
search I get a Webinator Error... It is possible to keep searches working
while walking a site?

You don't say what kind of error...

Make sure you are running gw and texis as the same userid. The
webserver will run the Texis CGI as the webserver user unless texis is
made setuid. Installation will make it setuid if possible. Try it by
hand in your CGI directory. Make sure texis is owned by you, then
make it setuid:
chmod u+s texis
