Can a user change the port that Free Webinator searches on?

I'm using a proxy server for internet access and I found out in the archive
that gw checks for access to the license server on port 80. Our web access
port is 85, 80 is being used by another process. Is there any way to change
which port is being used?

As also stated in the archive, the license server will not
go through a proxy. It must be on port 80.
